Christmastown
This year, we’re thrilled to introduce a new tradition: Christmastown. Our farm will transform into a magical
Christmas wonderland for two weeks in December. Christmastown is a special place where the story
of Christmas is told and a masterclass is given, bringing history to life in a way kids will remember. From
the very first Christmas to the Victorian era, students will walk through time, learning about the traditions
that make this season so special.
Your students will experience the first Christmas like never before as they interact with animals and pet
their way through a live manger scene set in a biblical setting. They’ll get up close and personal with the
animals that were likely there—camels, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens, and even pigs—while learning
more about the meaning of Christmas.
We promise your homeschoolers will appreciate the holiday season on a whole new level. They’ll hear the
story of Christmas and taste it as well! Students will sample old-fashioned treats only found in the Christmas
carols, like roasted chestnuts, figgy pudding, and sugarplums . Here at The Bible Zoo, we aim to help
create lasting memories that make the homeschooling years rich, rewarding, and fun.
Your group will enjoy a two-hour guided tour with hands-on experiences, sensory activities, and opportunities
to learn and play.
Lifelong memories are Guaranteed. After all, who could forget petting their first baby camel? Magdalene,
our baby camel, is simply unforgettable.
Join us as we lead the charge in bringing Christian family entertainment back to the Portland/Vancouver
area. We pray that we’ll be a blessing to your family and our many local communities for years to come.
We welcome your prayers and support as we take this journey of faith together.
If you think this sounds like a wonderful experience for your homeschool group, we’d love to hear from
you. Share a little about your group with us, and we’ll pray about the possibility of your visit. Spots are
limited, so please reach out soon to reserve your spot!
Blessings,
