Jimmy's Camp (As it is affectionately called...)

Is held every July.  As a donor, you and your family are invited to the Bible Zoo Foster Kids Camp "Open House" or shall we say "Open Barn" which is held the week before the camp starts.  It is a celebration of our donors and a prayer time for the upcoming campers.

 

We wish everyone could come visit the Zoo, but due to County Zoning laws we are only allowed a small group of people just a few times a year out to the farm.  But that doesn't stop Our "Animal Evangelists" from sharing the Gospel. Year round, our Animal Missionaries are busy sharing the Gospel as the Bible Zoo Bus travels throughout the Portland areas.

 

If you've ever considered giving to local mission's, we are truly reaching our local community with the Gospel.  We are not only reaching our local foster children but working with local Church's to provide family friendly events on their Church grounds to draw surrounding families....such as VBS (Vacation Bible Schools), Live Nativities and Pop up Petting Zoo's.  There is nothing like live farm animals to break down the barriers to secular families.

 

We don't charge any Church for our services... Church's are struggling enough and we don't wan't to be a burden on their already tight budget.  But we do need your help to keep our Animal Evangelists fed and well cared for so they can serve our Foster Children and our local Church's for years to come.
